摘要 目的　为临床精子的体外优化提供一种切实有效选择。方法　将近年来的精子优化技术加以综合分析。结果　临床上见到各种精液原因引起的不育如少精子、精子活力低下、畸形精子、精液液化不良等 ,针对这些原因有着不同的优化方法 ,各种优化方法有着优点和缺点 ,有时需要 2种或 2种以上的方法综合使用 ,才能达到更好的效果。结论　在临床优化技术的选择上一定要根据病人的具体情况 ,选择一种或两种或两种以上的优化方法 ,使优化效果更好 。
