摘要
依据运作过程,国债风险可归纳为:数量风险、金融风险和使用风险。就目前的国债数量看,已经处于较高水平,但从发展趋势看,若能适当控制,数量风险不会成为严重的问题。对于国债金融风险,根据现实经济环境,国债对金融领域的干扰已经很小。对于国债使用,近年来总体上是好的,但在一些具体的项目管理上还有需要改进的地方。
The risk, as far as the operation process is concerned, can be catalogued: the quantity risk, the financial risk and the utilization risk. The quantity of treasury bond has been on a relatively high level. However, from a long-term perspective, the quantity risk will not be very serious if controlled properly. As to the financial risk, the bond now has played a very minor role in financial field. When it comes to its utilization, despite the overall satisfactory performance, there is still room for improvement for some projects.
