摘要
本文研究了羊草草原微生物对牛粪分解过程中呼吸速率的变化规律。它是随着季节的变化而变化的,最高峰出现在八月份,土壤温度和土壤水份的变化直接影响着土壤微生物的呼吸速率。经过一元回归分析表明,土壤微生物的呼吸速率与土壤温度和土壤水份具有明显的正相关。相关系数分别为0.83758和0.7456,为了深入探讨呼吸速率的季节变化与土壤温度和土壤水份之间的综合作用,用计算机进行了三维趋势分析,并绘制出土壤微生物呼吸速率的三维趋势图形。直观给出,土壤微生物呼吸速率的季节变化与土壤温度和土壤水份密切相关,随着土壤温度和土壤水份的增加而升高,但超过一定限度反而有下降趋势。
