摘要
针对隧道施工机械用柴油机的有害气体排放 ,设计了一种用不锈钢网带加尿素水溶液作为过滤介质的柴油机排放处理装置 ,并通过柴油机台架试验 ,分析了此种过滤介质对柴油机有害排放物的过滤特性和机理。
With a view to tackle the harmful emissions from the diesel engine exhaust in tunnel construction machinery, this paper developed an exhaust emission control device in which both stainless steel nets and aqueous carbonide solution served as purifying media. The theoretical foundation of the device was interpreted, and experiments on diesel engine exhaust were performed in order to reveal the purifying rate of the device. With the above technique, the paper analyzed the performance and mechanism of the device. The investigations carried out showed that this device is valuable for reference to reduce the harmful emissions from diesel engines during tunnel construction.
