摘要
根据我国对货车提速的要求 ,针对齐齐哈尔铁路车辆有限公司所提出的转 8A货车转向架改进方案进行动力学性能研究。本文计算分析了改进方案在不同参数条件下的运动稳定性性能、曲线通过性能和运行平稳性指标 ,对主要参数进行了优化分析 ,优化分析的参数包括交叉拉杆位置、旁承摩擦系数、旁承预压缩量、旁承纵向间隙、轴箱定位方式等。本文研究所得到的结果对指导转 8A转向架的改进设计起到积极作用。
According to the requirement of raising speed freight train, the dynamic behavior of a modified Zhuan 8A freight car bogie, which is proposed by the Qiqihaer Railway Rolling Stock (Group) Co.Ltd, are studied. When the modified bogie freight car are under different suspension parameters, the motion stability, curve negotiation behaviors and running response of the car are analyzed. The analyzed parameters include the across bar's position, friction coefficient of side bearing, the longitudinal clearance of side bearing, pre compression of side bearing's springs, and the axle box suspension. The results of this study are very useful to guide modifying design of the Zhuan 8A freight car bogies.
