摘要
对东农群体-1的两轮测交株表型值与配合力进行了相关分析,同时还用亲子相关法估算配合力的狭义遗传力。结果表明,测交株的株高、穗高、抽丝幼穗数同配合力的相关系数达到0.05或0.01的显著水平,其中抽丝幼穗数对玉米选株测交更有指导作用。结果还表明,高配合力的测交株遗传力也高。说明提高选择强度能加速加性基因的积累。
The phenotypic value and the combining ability of two cycles of testcross plants fromNEAC population-1 were analyzed by means of correlation and offspring parent correlation.The results showed that the correlation coefficients between plant height,ear height and thenumber of silked shoots and the combining ability were significant at the level of 0.05 or 0.01.Among them,the number of silked shoots was most useful for selecting maize testcross plants.The testcross plants with higher combining ability had higher heritability.It is suggested thatraising selection intensity can speed up the accumulation of additive genes.
