摘要
Objective To study the effect of total body irra diation on the quantity and activity of P65,TNF-αand IL-1in irradiated rat wounds.Methods Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNFα)and interleukin-1(IL-1)in wound fluids were quantified by ELISAand their biological activities were measured by L929cell lysis and thymocyte proliferation,respectively.The expression of P65protein in wounded tissue was deter-mined by western blotting.Results The biological activities of TNF-αand IL-1in wound fluid decreased sig nificantly after irradiation,while their quantities in wound fluids did not decrease significantly.The exp ression of P65protein in wounded tis sue also did not decrease obviously a fter irradiation.Conclusion These results suggestted that total body irradiation may inhibit the bio logical activities of TNF-α,IL-1and nuclear factor-B,there may exist negative f actors to disturb the protein functions in wound environments.
