摘要
低分子肝素具有较高的抗凝作用 ,出血副作用较一般肝素明显减少。近年来对该药的研究越来越多 ,低分子肝素已广泛应用于心、脑血管疾病及血液透析以及其它许多疾病的治疗 ,笔者就其在临床上的应用进行综述。
Low molecular heparin has the features of high anticoagulation and less side effect of bleeding as compares with the ordinary heparin.As the research progress achieved,low molecular heparin has been used broadly on treating heart diseases,cerebrovascular diseases,blood dialysis and so on.This article reviews the clinical application of low molecular heparin.
