摘要
目的 :筛选高产林可霉素的菌株。方法 :用紫外线 /氯化锂复合诱变剂对林可霉素产生菌 SF- 9号进行处理 ,并用高效的琼脂块培养法对菌株进行筛选。结果 :筛选出的菌株在摇瓶中的发酵单位比对照菌株提高了 2 1.73% ,在 5 0 m3发酵罐中比对照罐提高了 2 2 .86 %。结论 :成功筛选出高产林可霉素的菌株 HBP- 4 6号。
Objective:To screen the high producing microorganisms for lincomycin.Methods:The primary strain SF 9 # was treated with ultvaviolet rays/lithium chloride.The strain was screened by agaropetin cultural method.Results:The fermentation yield of new strain HBP 46 # increased 21.73% as compared with the primary strain in fermentation flask,and 22.86% in 50m 3 fermentation tank.Conclusion:HBP 46 #,the high producing strain for lincomycin is screened out successfully.
