摘要
目的:观察从虚辨证分型治疗原发性高血压病的临床疗效。方法:依据辨证,将53例高血压病分为脾虚痰湿型(药用党参、白术、天麻、茯苓、制半夏、钩藤、川牛膝、炙甘草、陈皮)、气血亏虚型(药用党参、白芍、何首乌、白术、天麻、茯苓、钩藤、鸡血藤、炙甘草)、肝肾阴虚型(药用熟地黄、山药、女贞子、白芍、钩藤、川牛膝、泽泻、茯苓、牡丹皮、天麻)进行治疗,观察其治疗前后血压变化、症状改善情况。结果:降压疗效总有效率为81.1%;症状疗效总有效率为92.4%。结论:原发性高血压病中医辨证除常见的(肝肾)阴虚型外,尚有脾虚(痰湿)、气血亏虚证型,只要辨证准确,不必顾忌使用补益剂。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of essential hypertension (EH) based on syndrome differentiation by deficiency typing. Methods:According to syndrome differentiation of TCM,53 cases of EH were classified to spleen-deficiency and phlegm-damp type(treated by Radix Codonopsis,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Rhizoma Gastrodiae,Poria,Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparata,Ramulus Uncariae cum Uncis,Radix Cyathulae,Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata and Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae),qi-and-blood deficiency type(treated by Radix Codonopsis,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Polygoni Multiflori,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Rhizoma Gastrodiae,Poria,Ramulus Uncariae cum Uncis,Caulis Spatholobi and Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata)and liver-yin and kidney-yin dificiency type(treated by Radix Rehmaniae Preparata,Rhizoma Dioscoreae,Fructus Ligustri Lucidi,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Ramulus Uncariae cum Uncis,Radix Cyathulae,Rhizoma Alismatis,Poria,Cortex Moutan and Rhizoma Gastrodiae).The changes of blood pressure before and after treatment and the alleviation of symptoms were observed.Results:The total hypotensive rate and the total effective rate of symptom relief are 81.1%and 92.4%respectively.Conclusion:Liver-yin and kidney-yin dificiency is the common syndrome pattern of EH,and spleen-deficiency(phlegm-damp)and qi-and-blood deficiency as well.If the syndrome is differentiated accurately,the tonic preparation can be used without scruple.
