摘要
从满足旋刀后刀面与木段表面接触面积不变这一旋切工艺的根本要求出发。阐明了装刀后角的变化速度与刀刃处木段旋切曲线曲率变化速度的协调关系。指出现有固定式直线型辅助滑道之不足,提出了装置角的理想变化规律。文章以再现理想装置角变化规律为目标,对角度控制机构的主要参数及曲线型辅助滑道进行了最优化设计。并讨论了活动式直线型辅助滑道的最优调节。
Proceeding from the contact area of the knife-off with the log is constant, this paper expounds a coordinating relation between the change rate of peeling-curve curvature at the edge of knife, indicates the deficency of the fixed straight pitch rail, and puts forward ideal change regularity. The paper,taking the reappearence of the change regularity of the ideal pitch angle as an objective, carries out the optimal design to the main parameters and the curve pitch rail of angle controlling mechanism. Finally, the paper discusses the optimal adjustment of the moveable straight pitch rail.
