摘要
通过用乙酸乙酯和已烷—丙酮萃取精制硫酸盐皂。使塔尔油的不皂化中性物含量从32.8%分别降低到17.4%和18.0%,酸价从119分别升高到169和153,显著地提高了塔尔油的质量。为塔尔油的精馏创造了有利条件。同时,从萃取出的不皂化中性物中提取出了高纯度的植物留醇,可以作为合成留类药物的原料。
The quality of tall oil is greatly improved by refining the crude sulfate soap using ethyl acetate and hexane-acetone. The content of unsaponifiable neutral substances in tall oil is obviously decreased from 32.8% to 17.4% and 18.0%. The acid number of tall oil is greatly increased from 119 to 169 and 153. This provides a favourable conditions for rectification of tall oil. Meanwhile, valuable phytosterols with high purity are obtained from extractive unsaponifiable neutral substances. The phyto-sterols can be used as raw materials of synthetic sterols medicine.
