摘要
通过用乙酸乙酯和已烷—丙酮萃取精制硫酸盐皂。使塔尔油的不皂化中性物含量从32.8％分别降低到17.4％和18.0％,酸价从119分别升高到169和153,显著地提高了塔尔油的质量。为塔尔油的精馏创造了有利条件。同时,从萃取出的不皂化中性物中提取出了高纯度的植物留醇,可以作为合成留类药物的原料。
The quality of tall oil is greatly improved by refining the crude sulfate soap using ethyl acetate and hexane-acetone. The content of unsaponifiable neutral substances in tall oil is obviously decreased from 32.8％ to 17.4％ and 18.0％. The acid number of tall oil is greatly increased from 119 to 169 and 153. This provides a favourable conditions for rectification of tall oil. Meanwhile, valuable phytosterols with high purity are obtained from extractive unsaponifiable neutral substances. The phyto-sterols can be used as raw materials of synthetic sterols medicine.
