摘要
根据稻壳的化学组成和结构特点,采用稻壳板专用的DN—8号低毒脲醛胶,通过正交试验和单因子试验,筛选出了最佳制板工艺条件:稻壳含水率为2.6%—4.2%;稻壳筛分值10—14网目占24%—27%,20网目占49%—54%,40—60网目占20%—23%;施胶量为12%;增强剂(改性剂)为1.16%;固化剂为5%;热压温度为150℃;热压时间为0.416min/mm;热压单位压力为2.5 MPa,在此条件下制造的稻壳板密度为0.8—0.83 g/cm^3;含水率为4.1%—5.4%;吸水厚度膨胀率为0.86%—0.89%;平面抗拉强度为0.44—0.66 MPa;静曲强度为15.75—17.60 MPa,已达到GB4896—4905—85刨花板标准。
According to the chemical composition and the structural characteristics of rice husk, this paper chooses out the optimum board-making technology conditions of hull board from the orthogonality experiment and the single-factor experiment in DN-8 low poisonous urea-formaldehyde glue for the special use of hull board; that is,the moisture content of rice husk is from 2.6% to 4.2%; mesh 10-14 of hull screening value takes amount of from 24% to 27%, mesh 20 from 49% to 54%, and mesh 40-60 from 20% to 23%; the applying amount of glue is 12%, reinforcing agent 1.16%, and solidifing agent 5%; the temperature and time of hot pressing is 150℃ and 0.416 min/mm respectively, and the intensity 2.5 MPa.The density of the hull board made under the above conditions is from 0.8 g/cm to 0.83 g/cm, the mositure content from 4.1% to 5.4%, the thickness dilatation rate of mositure absorption from 0.86% to 0.89%, the plane tensile strength from 0.44 MPa to 0.66 MPa, and the static bend strength from 15.75 MPa to 17.60 MPa. Therefore, this hull board reaches the standard of GB4896-4905-85 shaving board.
