摘要
对转向节在测绘设计、小批量配件生产或进口配件质量抽检时,对其设计基准——虚点0的位置等几个难于测定的结构尺寸,提出了使用万能工具显微镜进行测定的方法。用该方法测量与计算比较简便、准确。
This paper puts forward a method of using a universal toolroom microscope to determine several composition dimensions, i. e. The design datum-the position of the virtual point Q, of the steering knuckle etc. Which are difficult to determine, the production of the fittings in small mass production or the sampling examination of quality of the import fittings. This method is rather simple, convenient & accurate in measurement & calculation.
