从孕妇外周血中分离胎儿细胞进行产前诊断的研究进展

摘要 孕妇外周血中存在的微量的胎儿细胞是进行非创伤性产前诊断最理想的样本来源之一。目前常用的分选胎儿细胞方法有流式细胞术、磁激活细胞分离法等 ,其中单细胞分离法的建立是一个新的途径。利用分析胎儿细胞的遗传信息 ,可以进行遗传病的产前诊断 。
