摘要
对尼桑TWB52型汽车连杆断裂失效的原因进行技术分析,在阐述我国北方林区的运行环境条件、连杆设计与制造基本要求的基础上,对断裂连杆的物理金相组织进行了鉴别,确定失效原因为疲劳损伤所致。
This paper is about cause analysis of broke TWB52 connecting rod of the automobile, that run in the northern forest zone of China. Thinking the basic requirement of design and manufacture, we have achieved the physics and metallography by test and determine the broke rod is lose effectiveness of fatigue. In the paper we go further into the way of extending service life of imported automobile, the technology of application and service, etc.
