摘要
采用相同的共聚单体合成玻璃化温度不同的乳液,玻璃化温度高的称为硬乳液,玻璃化温度低的称为软乳液。通过将软硬乳液按不同比例的混拼,测定其最低成膜温度、抗粘连性及力学性能,并与相应的单一合成乳液的性能进行了比较。
Emulsions of different Tg (glass transition temperature) were synthesized with same comonomers. Emulsion of high Tgis categorized as hard emulsion whereas emulsion of low Tg as soft emulsion. Hard emul;sion and soft emulsion were blended in different proportions. Its minimum filmforming temperatures, block resistance and mechanical properties were measured. Its performance was compared with that of relevant unitarily synthesized emulsion.
