摘要
基于设计型专家系统及AutoCADActiveX开发技术,建立了板料U型弯曲模智能CAD系统的功能模型,包括产品信息模块、工艺设计模块、模具结构设计模块、成型分析模块等,使模具设计过程集成化。开发的板料U型弯曲模智能CAD系统,具有友好的图形界面和方便的菜单界面,可实现原始图形文件的选择,完成交互方式数据预处理,具有自动设计或按任务层次执行的干预设计功能,最终以图形文件和数据文件的形式输出结果。该系统为模具设计自动化提供了一条实用、可靠和高效的途径。
Based on design type expert system and Auto CAD Active X developing technolog y,the function model of including product information module,process design mo dule,forming analysis module and etc.to make an integration of die design proc esses.The sheet U bending die intelligent CAD system we developed has a frien dly figure interface and a con-venient manu interface,can realize the selecti on of original figure document,fulfil data preprocessing by an interaction type ,has an automatic design function or an interference design function implemente d according to task levels and finally make a result output with the forms of figure document and data document.The system provides an actual,reliable and high effi-cient way for die design automation.
