摘要
信用是市场经济体制正常运行的基础和灵魂 ,信用关系的本质在于其社会性 ,它是利己和利他关系并存的社会行为。当前我国市场经济中存在着许多信用关系失范的问题 ,必须从德治和法治的角度双管齐下 。
The present paper maintains that the foundation of market economy is credit, whose relationship is basically social in that it is a combination of self interest and altruism. The credit relations in contemporary Chinese market economy is to a considerable extent out of control and needs both legal and moral discipline.
