摘要
依经验确立的自由难免陷入怀疑论 ,只有依必然概念并在决定论的缺口中才能建立起逻辑的自由 ,这种自由属于社会共同体中的所有人。同时只有在“应该行为”或行为的规范中才能确立自由的实在性 ,也因此 。
It get into skepticism whether the idea of liberty is tenable by experience, and logical liberty is only tenable with the conception of necessity and determinism. Liberty belongs to all of people in social communities and its actuality is only tenable by norm of action or ought-action .It is possible that logical or prior liberty appears in empirical world.
