摘要
用化学试剂氧化物配制合成 B_2O_3-MgO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3-CaO 系高 MgO含量的富硼渣,利用 ZC-1600 型高温综合测试仪,用内柱体旋转法测定其粘度及熔化性温度,高MgO 含量富硼渣熔体粘度随温度的变化显著,B_2O_3 在渣系中起到助熔剂及降低粘度作用,采用高炉冶炼时炉温应保持 1 500℃左右。
The viscosity and melting point of B_2O_3-MgO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3-CaOslag system were measured by a ZC-1600. Multimeasurement unit available tohigh temperature. The slag specimens used were prepared by some chemicalreagents. The effects of B_2O_3 and MgO on the properties of molten slag wasstudied and the results provide a theoretical consideration on the comprehensive utilization of magnetite-bearing boron.
