摘要
讨论了现行计算机控制电解槽所采用数学模型的缺点和不足,提出了一个建立在对反电动势进行实测基础上,能稳定极距、防止误动作、能预报电解质中氧化铝浓度和阳极效应的新数学模型。
Based on a discussion made on the shortcoming and disadvantagesof the existing mathematical model for computer-controlled aluminium electr-olysis cell, a new model is developed. With back EMF measured as a basis, itmakes features of stabilizing interelectrode spacings and avoiding maloperationsespecially predicting both the alumina concentration and anode effect.
