摘要
采用粉未冶金工艺,研制出三种金属陶瓷热电偶保护管:MCPT-4型(Mo-Al_2O_3-Cr_2O_3-TiO_2)在高温盐浴炉中使用寿命超过 1 400 h,MCPT-6 型(Mo-Cr-Al_2O_3-Cr_2O_3-TiO_2-MgO)在铜液中使用寿命不低于 1 000 h,MCPT-3型(Mo-MgO-Cr_2O_3)多孔管,在LD转炉中可连续使用 121炉。详细地探讨了钼基金属陶瓷材料在铁、钢、渣、铜与铜合金、BaCl_2 熔盐等高温熔体及空气中的腐蚀行为。研究结果为现场正确合理使用提供理论依据。
Three types of ceramet protection tubes for thermocouples weredeveloped by way of powder metallurgy .The model mCPT-4 or Mo-Al_2O_3-Cr_2O_3-TiO_2 protection tube was designed for high-temperature molten salt bathswith a service life over 1400h, much longer than conventionally used.MCPT-6or Mo-Al_2O_3-Cr_2O_3-Cr-TiO_2-MgO for use in liquid copper has a service life notless than 1000 h and MCPT-3 or Mo-MgO-Cr_2O_3 was designed as a multi-holetube(5 holes) for continuous temperature measurement of oxgen top-blown(LD)converters:with a record up to 121 heats. The corrosion behavior of cerametprotection tubes as above in such high-temperature melts as iron, steel, slagand copper and BaCl_2 molten salt and in air are all discussed in detail.
