介绍了脉冲 Nd:YAG倍频激光器双波长 (10 6 4 / 5 32 nm) 3种输出的激光光路。 10 6 4 nm输出的动静比可达 0 .4 0 ;KTP晶体外腔倍频效率可达 0 .5 0。介绍了稳定可靠的调 Q电路、逻辑控制电路和开关电源的主电路及其参数计算。
The two wavelengths (1 064/532 nm) three output pulsed Nd:YAG SHG laser was presented.Dynamic to static ratio of 1 064 nm output is up to 0.40;KTP crystal external cavity SHG.Efficiency is up to 0.50.The steady reliable Q mod.circuit,logical control circuit,switching power supply main circuit and its parameters calculate were discussed.
