摘要
高等学校是技术创新的主体,是开展科技研究、解决国家经济建设和社会发展中重大科技问题的基地。据一项调查材料表明,我国高校每年有9000多项研究成果通过鉴定,有的科研成果达到或超过世界先进水平,有的还填补了国内外空白。然而,这些科技成果能够签约转化的不到30%,转化后能产生经济效益的只占被转化成果的30%,因此只有约10%的成果能取得较为明显的经济效益,与国外60%的转化率相比差距甚远。
Higher learning is the main body of technology innovation and the base for scientific research and the resolving of national economic construction and development. One investigation datum shows that Chinese higher learning has passed the examination of more than 9000 research achievements each year, some of which reach or surpass advanced level of the world and some of which fill in the gas in the domestic field. However, the transformation rate of the achievements does not amount to 30 percent and the achievements which can produce economic profit only take up 30 percent of the transformed achievements. Only about 10 percent of scientific research achievements can produce obvious economic profit in China and there is a big gap between domestic and foreign transformation rate because the transformation rate of the latter reaches 60 percent.
