摘要
用普通精矿或超级精矿生产部分金属化烧结矿,固体燃料占混合料 10% 时开始出现金属铁,提高精矿品位名助于提高烧结矿金属化率,在固体燃料量相同时,使用超级精矿比普通精矿金属化率明显提高,部分金属化烧结矿强度较氧化性烧结矿高,其还原性与普通烧结矿接近,金属化烧结矿热强度高且具有一定可塑性。高压烧结可大幅度提高设备生产率。
In the sintering process of partially--metallized sinter with co-mmon or super grade concentrate taken as raw material,it was observed thattraces of metallic iron appear when the portion of solid fuel used is about 10%of mixture. It was also revealed that raising concentrate grade is beneficialto the improvement of metallizing rate of sinter. Under the condition thatequal portions of solid fuel were used, the metallizing rate of super--grade con-centrate is obviously greater than common concentrate in sintering. As tothe strength, the partially metallized sinter is higher than oxidized one thoughits reductivity approaches to the common one. In conclusion, the metallizedsinter is proved of thermal strength also plastic to a certain extent, and highproductivity of sinter is available if applying pressure sintering process.
