摘要
本文从国有企业的地位和作用出发 ,研究了国有企业改革面临的问题及解决方案。建立现代企业制度是国企改革的中心环节 ,创新是改革的动力和重要因素 ,而社会保障制度改革又为国企改革提供了良好的环境。
Starting with state owned enterprises position and function,the paper studies the probl ems and solutions of state owned enterpr ises reform,points out establishing mod ern enterprise system is central tache o f the reform,innovation is drive and imp ortant factor,while social security syst em reform provides good environment.The paper also raises measures taken in each phase.
