空气中丙溴磷的采样及分析方法研究

摘要 目的 建立简便、快速空气中丙溴磷的采样及测定方法。方法 采用聚酰胺吸附管采集空气中的丙溴磷 ,经丙酮萃取后 ,用火焰光度检测的气相色谱法直接测定。结果 空气中丙溴磷的最低检出浓度为 0 1mg/m3,低、中、高 3种浓度的平均加标回收率为 96 3%~ 98 7% ,相对标准偏差为 3 1%~ 4 9%。平均解吸效率为 95 7%~ 98 9% ,采样效率为 10 0 %。 - 10℃下 ,丙溴磷在聚酰胺管中可稳定 7d ,室温下可稳定 3d。结论 该方法简便、快速、准确、实用 。 Objective To explore a accurate and precise method of sampling and determination of profenofos in air. Methods Air samples were collected by polyam ide adsorbent tube, then determinated by gas chromatography(GC) on a 5% OV-101 chromsorb W-HP column with FPD detecor. Results The sampling effiency of polyamide to pr ofenofos, the eluting efficiency of profenofos and the stability of profenofos o n polyamide were studied.The sampling efficiency was found to be 100%.The elutin g efficiency was found to be 95.7%~98.9%.A profenofos sample could be keep stab le in a polyamide tube for 7 days at -10℃and for 3 days at 25℃.Under the analy tical conditeon mentioned, detection limit of profenofos was 0.05mg/m 3.Averag e recoveries of profenofos were in the range of 96.3~98.7%.The relative standar d deviations were in the range of 3.1~4.9%. Conclusion This methord is simple,rapid,accurate and precise.
