微型葡萄糖微传感器的研制及其应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的 研究微型葡萄糖传感器的制备与电化学性能。方法 以注射用不锈钢针作壳体 ,碳纤维束作基质电极 ,二茂铁作电子传递体 ,用新鲜蛋清加戊二醛固定葡萄糖氧化酶和酶介体 ,制备电流式葡萄糖微型传感器。结果 传感器的外径可小至 0 35mm ,实现工作电极、参比电极和辅助电极一体化。结论 响应时间小于 5S ,检测的线性范围为 0 0 2~ 15mmol/L ,11次平行测试的相对标准偏差为 2 .9% ,2 5℃放置 3个月 ,酶活性仍为原来的 75 %。室温 2 5℃下 ,该传感器在 2个月内连续测试 ,电流响应基本上保持不变。 A new highly sensitive amperometric glucose oxidase mi cro-biosensor has been developed and characterized for the rapid detection of gl ucose in blood and urine.Methods The glucose oxidase was immobilized using glutaraldehyd e and fresh egg white onto the surface of carbon fasciculus electrodes.Analyses were done using ferrocene as electron mediator;stainless steel needle of the inj ector as casing of carbon fasciculus and outer salt brdge;and saturated calomel electrode as reference electrode.Results The outer diameter of the biosensor is 0 35 mm.The res p onse of biosensor to glucose is linear at a range of 0.02 to 15 mmol/L in less t han 5 seconds,with a relative standard deviation of 2.9% in eleven parallel test s.At 25℃,the activity of glucose oxidase decreases to 75% after 90 days,and the sensitivity of biosensors changed little by successive testing in 60 days. Conclution The experiments demonstrate the micro-biosensor appl ication to related glucose determination for blood and urine analysis.
