羌菖合剂对右脑供血不足大鼠外周血红细胞的影响 被引量:2

Effects of the Decoction of Notopterygium Incisium and Acorus Gramineus on Peripheral Red Blood Cell in Right Cervical Artery Ligated Rats

摘要 目的 研究羌菖合剂对脑供血不足大鼠外周红细胞的作用,探讨其改善血液流变性的原理。方法 手术结扎大白鼠右侧颈总动脉造成脑供血不足;术后3、7天仪器分析红细胞及其流变性参数。结果 (1)术后3d,对照组大鼠外周血红细胞数(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)和平均红细胞体积(MCV)与假术组无明显差异,平均细胞血红蛋白(MCH)、血球比积(HCT)和RBC聚集指数呈增高趋势,平均细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)明显增大(P<0.05);羌菖合剂10g/kg治疗3d可显著防止上述改变(P<0.05~P<0.001)。(2)术后7d,对照组外周血红细胞及其血红蛋白量均比假术组无明显差异,但RBC刚性指数和聚集指数则呈进一步升高趋势;羌菖合剂治疗组MCHC、RBC刚性指数和聚集指数均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 羌菖合剂治疗能防止脑供血不足大鼠外周血红细胞改变;降低MCHC,降低RBC刚性指数和聚集指数,从而改善RBC变形能力和流变性。 Objective Effects of the decoction of Notopterygium incisium and Acorus gramineus(N-A-Dec)on peripheral RBC inexperimental right cerebral ischemic rats were studied; and the mechanism of N-A-Dec improving blood mobility was searched.Methods The right cerebral ischemia in rats were formed by ligating their right cervical artery; and on 3d and 7^(th) day after ligat-ing, the peripheral RBC and their mobility were analyzed with instruments. Results ①On the 3d day, the RBC-count(RBC),hemoglobin amount(HGB) and RBC mean volume(MCV) in the control group were about the same as that in the false-ligatedgroup; the mean RBC-hemoglobin (MVCH), blood cell ratio (HCT) and RBC gathering index tend to increase; and the mean RBChemoglobin concentration (MCHC) was greatly increased (P<0.05). These changes could be prevented significantly by treatingthe right CA ligated rate with N-A-Dec(10g/kg×3d) orally(P<0.05~P<0.001). ②On the 7^(th) day, the RBC, HGB, MCV,MCH and MCHC in control group had no remarkable differences to that in false-ligated group, but the RBC rigid index and gather-ing index tended to increase further. The MCHC, RBC rigid and gathering indexes were decreased remarkably in N-A-Dec treatedgroups. Conclusion The treatment of N-A-Dec to cerebral ischemic rats can prevent their changes in peripheral RBC, decreaseMCHC and RBC rigid and gathering indexes, and thus improve the transforming ability and mobility of RBC.
