摘要
目的 :能较快地解除患者的痛苦 ,宿短炎性水肿和痔核嵌顿期。方法 :将患者随机分为两组 ,甲组用肛门内括约肌侧切术 ,熏洗方熏洗及痔疾宁洗剂湿敷 ,乙组口服抗生素和 0 .0 5 %高锰酸钾溶液坐浴。结果 :甲组的疗效性高于乙组 (p <0 .0 5 )。结论 :应用综合疗法治疗炎性嵌顿性混合痔疗效好 ,见效快 。
Objective:Relieve patient,pain quickly and shorten the time of inflammation,edema and incarcerated hemorrhoid.Method:Divide the patients into two groups randomly.The first group was treated by lateral internal sphicterotomy ,sitz bathing with XunXiFang and compressing wet packing with ZhiJiNing. Another was treated only by taking antibiotic and sitz bathing with 0.05% potassium permanganate solution.Result:The first group,curative effect is higher than the other (p<0.05).Conclusion:The Application of the combinative cure of inflammatory incarcerated mixed hemorrhorid is of the advantage of better curative effect and it is worthy of application.
