摘要
库存控制是现代企业 ,特别是连续生产企业物流管理的一项重要内容。针对有色冶金企业原料库存的实际情况 ,建立了一个以资金损耗最小为直接性能指标的原料库存优化模型 ,并提出了一种多种群并行遗传算法对该模型进行优化。仿真及实际运行结果表明 :多种群并行遗传算法不仅能有效地克服传统遗传算法容易早熟收敛的缺点 ,而且改进了进化效率和加快了进化速度 。
Inventory control is an important aspect of logistics management in modern enterprise. This paper establishes an optimal inventory model for nonferrous metallurgy enterprises to minimize the cost based on its characteristic of raw material stock. Then a multigroup parallel genetic algorithm(GA) is used to solve the optimization problem. Simulation and practical results show that this method not only overcomes premature convergence of GAs and improves the convergence efficiency, but also quickens the computation, which ensures to get optimal solution.
