摘要
目的 研究乳腺癌组织中c erbB 2的表达与淋巴结转移的关系及研究乳腺良恶性病变的鉴别诊断价值。方法 应用免疫组织化学S P法检测 4 0例乳腺癌组织和 10例乳腺良性病变的c erbB 2表达情况。结果 本实验中乳腺癌组织c erbB 2的阳性率为 6 7.5 0 % ,乳腺良性病变的阳性率为 30 .0 0 %。乳腺癌组织c erbB 2的阳性表达与良性病变有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。乳腺癌组织中 2 2例有腋淋巴结转移的乳腺癌组织c erbB 2阳性表达率为 86 .36 % ;18例无淋巴结转移的乳腺癌组织c erbB 2阳性表达率为 4 4 .4 4 %。两组阳性表达率有高度显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 c erbB 2的检测对乳腺良恶性病变有一定的鉴别诊断价值。临床常规检测乳腺癌组织中c erbB 2的表达情况 ,对乳腺癌的预后判断具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of c erbB 2 and lymph node metastasis in breast carcinoma and the significance of the differential diagnosis between benign and malignant breast deseases. Methods The expression of c erbB 2 was detected by immunohistochemical S P methods in 40 cases of breast carcinoma and 10 cases of benign breast diseases. Results The positive expression rate of c erbB 2 was 67.50% in breast carcinoma and 30.00% in benign breast diseases (P<0.05).The positive expression rate of c erbB 2 was 86.30% in 22 cases of breast carcinoma with axilliaris lymph node metastasis and 44.44% in 18 cases of breast carcinoma without metastasis(P<0.01).Conclusions Detection of c erbB 2 was of value to the differential diagnosis between benign and malignant breast diseases and in assessing the prognosis of breast carcinoma.[
