新生自发性高血压大鼠心肌细胞与成纤维细胞的相互作用

摘要 为研究自发性高血压大鼠心肌细胞与成纤维细胞在体外培养下的相互作用。收集上述细胞的 2 4h培养上清液作为这两种细胞的条件培养基 ,观察血管紧张素Ⅱ 1型受体拮抗剂洛沙坦或酪氨酸蛋白激酶抑制剂金雀异黄素对细胞3H TdR和3H Leu掺入率的影响。结果发现 ,心肌成纤维细胞培养基可明显促进这两种细胞的生长 ,该作用不能被洛沙坦抑制 ,而可被金雀异黄素抑制。心肌细胞培养基无促进这两种细胞生长作用。结果提示 ,成纤维细胞可能分泌经酪氨酸蛋白激酶介导的促生长因子 。
