摘要
目的 :探讨T型外固定架楔型骨延长术在膝内外翻矫形中的应用效果。方法 :做股骨髁上或胫骨干骺端“C”型皮质骨截骨 ,截骨线两侧穿针安装单侧多功能T型外固定架 ,利用T型臂侧万向活动轴楔型骨延长。结果 :34例47膝中 32例 44膝获 1～ 3年随访 ,均获骨性愈合 ,矫正畸形 10°～ 2 3° ,平均 17°。身高增加 1～ 1.5cm ,无严重针道感染、神经血管损伤、畸形愈合及关节功能障碍等并发症。结论 :T型外固定架楔型骨延长治疗成人膝内外翻畸形创伤小 ,术式简便 ,可控制性矫形 ,可增加身高 ,疗效可靠 ,值得推广。
Objective:To introduce a new method of correcting adult genu varum through bone lengthening using a specially designed external fixture.Method:Thirty-four patients were treated with a C-shaped osteotomy of the tibial epiphyses or femoral supracondyle and fixed by T-model external fixture,which lead to wedge-shaped bone lengthening using multi-direction dynamic axial.Result:Among them,32 cases were followed-up 1-3years,showed bone union.Average corrected angle is 17 degree(10°～23°).Bone were lengthened from 1cm to 1.5cm.None of them had complications such as damage of vessles and neveres,needle hole infections,deformity,dysfunction.Conclusion:This article presents a slight damage,simple,controllable and effective method of correcting adult genu varun through wedge-shaped bone lengthening using a special apparatus.
