摘要
中西部地区应将优化政府职能作为新世纪初加快发展的重要战略。优化政府职能要采取科学而有力措施 ,做好下列几方面工作 :科学定位政府职能 ,削减审批事项 ,强化城市管理 ,实行政务公开 ,健全市场秩序与法制环境 ,加强监督和落实。
To speed up the development of the Middle and West Region of China, it is important for those regional governments to optimize government functions as a significant strategy, the success of which requires scientific and powerful measures. There are six aspects to which additional attention should be paid.
