摘要
以三氯化磷与正丁醇为原料、三氯甲烷为溶剂合成亚磷酸二正丁酯(DBP I),着重探讨了反应物的配比、反应温度、反应时间和溶剂用量等因素对产品收率的影响,并得出了较为合理的工艺条件。实验证明,在此工艺条件下,产品收率可达88.5%,纯度大于99%。
This paper introduces the preparation of dinbutyl phosphite using phosphorus trichloride and nbutylalcohol as materials and trichloromethane as solvent,studies influences of mole ratio,time,temperature and the mount of solevent on the reaction,and the optimal technology conditions are obtained.The experiment has proved,under this technology condition,the rate of production arrives to 88.5%,the purity is more than 99%?
