用硼泥制备大尺寸氧化镁单晶及其性能研究 被引量:8

摘要 介绍用废渣硼泥制取高纯氧化镁粉末来制备大尺寸氧化镁单晶的生长方法。实验结果表明各项性能指标优良。而且 ,MgO原料的纯度及SiO2 和CaO材料的配比与晶体生长技术是我们获得优质晶体的关键因素。 The method for preparing large-scale MgO single crystal with high pure MgO powder from waste residue of boron mud was introduced in this paper.The experiment result shows that the samples are qualified.The purity of MgO,the ratio of SiO 2 and CaO and the crystal growth technology are the main factors for us to obtain high quality crystal .At the same time,the processing technology and scopes of application were discussed.
