摘要
介绍了用于单螺杆挤出机挤出仿真过程的螺杆几何参数数据库,数据库主要收录了普通三段式螺杆和BM型螺杆几何参数。用SQLServer2000数据库系统软件完成数据库的设计,用VisualBa sic6.0(简称VB6.0)实现前台用户操作界面的设计,利用VB6 0的ADO控件实现前台用户操作界面和后台SQLServer2000数据库的连接。建立的数据库为挤出过程模拟仿真系统提供必要的数据支持。
Screw parameters' database of simulation for extrusion of single screw extruder is introduced.The geometry parameters of BM screw extruder and common single screw extruder are included in the database.The database is designed by means of database software of SQL Server2000.The interface between human and computer is designed by means of software visual Basic60 and connected with the database by A/O of Visual Basic60.The database provides necessary data to simulation system.
