颗粒状冷水可溶性淀粉是经化学试剂处理进行物理变性生产的。概述了几种制备颗粒状冷水可溶性淀粉的方法和生产工艺 ,介绍了颗粒状冷水可溶淀粉的各种特性及其应用 。
Granular cold water soluble starches (GCWS) are physically modified by chemical agents. In this paper, ways and technological processes for producing GCWS are presented, GCWS's properties, applications and wide developing prospects are also introduced.
