摘要
目的 :比较三种髌骨骨折内固定的疗效。方法 :手术治疗髌骨骨折 98例 ,其中 2 0例采用粗丝线环形缝合固定 ,36例采用克氏针张力带固定 ,4 2例采用镍钛聚髌器 (NT- PC)固定。结果 :粗丝线环形缝合固定组 :优 7例 ,良 11例 ,中 2例 ;克氏针张力带固定组 :优 18例 ,良 16例 ,中 2例 ;镍钛聚髌器固定组 :优 39例 ,良 3例。结论 :三种不同内固定方法比较结果表明镍钛聚髌器固定效果最好 ,其优良率达 10 0 %。
Objective:To compare the clinical effect of three kinds internal fixation devices for the treatment of patella fracture.Methods 98 cases of patella fracture were received.among them 20 cases were treated by thick silk circular suture,36 cases were treated by kirschner tension band wire fixation and the other 42 cases were treated by NiTi-patellar concentrator fixation.Results 7,11 and 2 cases obtained excellent,good and favorable,respectively in thick silk circular suture group;18,16 and 2 cases obtained excellent,good and favorable,respectively in kirschner tension band wire fixation group;39 and 3 cases obtained excellent and good,respectively in NiTi-patellar concentrator fixation group.Conclusion The results of three different fixation methods assessment showed that the NiTi-patellar concentrator fixation had the best effect of fixation.The excellent and good results were seen in 100%.
