摘要
目的 :研究 0 .2 5 %pvp I、1‰新洁而灭、75 %酒精对新鲜创面浸泡消毒的疗效及对创面愈合的影响。方法 :对兔背部沾染创面、污染创面及无菌创面 ,随机选择三种消毒液进行创面浸泡消毒 ,观察创面感染情况 ,并定期切取创面组织进行光镜、电镜观察 ,作抗哆裂强度测试。结果 :三种消毒液浸泡消毒后 ,创面化脓性感染率差异有显著性 ,以 0 .2 5 %pvp I组为最高 ,75 %酒精浸泡组最低。无菌创面光镜电镜下观察肉芽组织生长及创面抗哆裂强度测试差异无显著性。结论 :0 .2 5 %pvp I应用于新鲜渗血创面的浸泡消毒疗效不可靠 ;75 %酒精浸泡消毒 ,其效果明显优于 0 .2 5 %pvp I,好于 1‰新洁而灭 ;浸泡 5min 。
Objective:To evaluate the effects of immersing degermation of 0.25%pvp I?1%Bromo Geraminum?75%Alcohol in fresh wounds of rabbit back, and observe the probable influence of them on wounds healing.Methods:3 disinfectants were chosen randomly for immersing degermation in the designed contaminated wounds at the back of the rabbits and then the degree of wounds infection was observed; the wounded tissue was cut out at certain time for study under light microscope and electron microscope; A certain length of healing tissue was cut outto be tested for the strength of resisting dissilient.Results:After immersing degermation in contaminated wounds,the purulent infection rates were different significiantly in the three groups,with the highest in the 0.25% pvp I group and the lowest in the 75%Alcohol group. After immersing degermation in aseptic wounds, there were nosignificant influence of 3 disinfectants on wounds healing,which was indicated by the histology and biomechanical study.Conclusion: The expriment indicated that immersing degermation was not reliable with 0.25%pvp I to disinfect fresh wound bleeding.Immersing degermation with 75%Alcohol was much more effctive and better than 1‰Brano Geraminum,s. All disinfectants had no influence on wounds healing after immersing for 5 minutes.
