摘要
分析房地产经济主体的住宅经济所呈现泡沫的成因 ,趋利避害提出一系列措施。依据房地产经济发展的特点和现状 ,提出现实发展机制和开发策略。
This article concentrates on the cause of the foam in the housing economy that composes of the main body of real estate economy, and then raises a series of measurements.According to the present situation of real estate economy in China,it puts forward reasonable mechanism and strategies for the development of estate economy.
