动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血后认知功能损害 被引量:7

摘要 颅内蛛网膜下腔出血后有不少患者可出现认知功能损害。应用标准化的神经心理学测量能对认知功能全面检查。认知损害与治疗方法、蛛网膜下腔出血程度等因素有关。对发病机制进行了分析。 Many patients exhibit congnitive disturbances after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH).The standardized tests can assess a full range of cognitive functions.The medical and management stractegies,and SAH itself are related to cognitive deficits.The mechanism of cognitive deficits following SAH was discussed.
