摘要
目的 :观察复方夏天无治疗类风湿关节炎 (痰淤互结型 )的疗效。方法 :治疗组 30例用复方夏天无治疗 ,对照组30例用正清风痛宁治疗。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 86 .7% ,对照组为 73.3% ,两组比较无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。但治疗组副作用出现率为 13.3% ,对照组为 5 0 .0 % ,两组比较有非常显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :复方夏天无治疗类风湿关节炎疗效好 ,副作用小。
Objective:To observe the effect of Compound 'Xia Tianwu'in treating rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:The test group (30 cases) were treate by Compound 'Xia Tianwu',while the control group,by Chinese drug'ZhengQingFengTongNing'.Results:The total effective rates were 86.7% and 73.3% respectively in the test and the control.There no significant difference can be found between them ( P >0.05),but the appearance rates of side effect were 13.3% and 50.0%,and the difference between them quite significant ( P <0.01).Conclusions:Compound'Xia Tianwu'can be found to be a suitable drug in treating rheumatoid arthritis,especially to the type of blockage of phlegm and blood stasis. [
