SEREX在肿瘤抗原分析中的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 重组cDNA表达文库的血清学分析 (SEREX)为一种新的寻找抗原的方法 ,即利用患者自体血清对重组表达的cDNA克隆进行筛选 ,以获得相关抗原基因。这类抗原在荷瘤患者体内能诱导出多重免疫反应 ,且其核苷酸序列和蛋白质结构较易在分子水平确定 ,这一方法的运用 ,为发现新的肿瘤抗原开辟了一个崭新的领域 。
