摘要
编辑学者化已成为编辑界的共识。但从实际工作考察,它不利于引导社会准确地、客观地、科学地评定编辑工作的业绩,为了编辑出版事业的健康发展,有必要对这类口号进行重新审视。根本出路在于建立以"编绩"为核心的编辑工作评价体系及出台相关政策。
To base Editor on Scholarship has become a common understanding. However, from the author's point of view, it is not helpful for the society to give accurate, objective and scientific evaluations to editors' work. To enable the editing and publishing industry to grow favorably, it is a must for us to reconsider such idea, which in turn depends on the establishment of the evaluation system focusing on editors' “performances” and the enactment of relevant policies.
