摘要
本工作介绍一种应用透射电子显微镜测定单分子膜厚度的简便方法,用这种方法可以测定出厚度在几纳米至几十纳米的单分子膜,为研究单分子膜的分子排列及其结构提供了有用的参考数据。
This paper reports a method to meassure the thickness of LB film with transmission electron microscopy. It is effective to study the structure and molecular arrangement in LB films.
