摘要
近代乳腺癌外科治疗的2个进展是 :①从根治术或改良根治术发展为保乳手术 ;②从腋窝淋巴结清扫发展为腋窝前哨淋巴结活检。这些发展对乳腺癌放疗有重大影响 ,使乳腺癌放疗进入一个新阶段。
During recent decades surgical treatment of breast cancer has varied greatly from radical or modified radical mastectomy to breast conserving surgery.There is also a trend of changing axillary lymph node dissection to axillary sentinel lymph node biopsy.Both of these changes have great impact on radiotherapy for breast cancer.
