摘要
以往的移相全桥电路在轻载时很难实现滞后桥臂的软开关。为克服传统电路的缺陷,对一种新型的移相全桥变换电路的工作原理进行分析,该电路克服了移相全桥电路滞后桥臂难于实现软开关的缺陷,并给出了仿真结果,验证了此电路可以使4个主开关管在极轻载甚至空载的情况下实现零电压开关,同时减小占空比的损失。仿真结果证实了该电路工作的可行性。
Generally, the softswitching FB-PWM(Full Bridge-Pulse Width Module) circuit can hardly realize the lagginglegs ZVS(Zero Voltage Switch), specially when the load is very light. To conquer the shortcoming of traditional circuit, a novel softswitching FB-PWM circuit is analyzed and simulated. This circuit overcomes the weakness of the common FB-PWM circuit. Four main switches of this circuit work under ZVS with very lightload or noload, and the loss of duty cycle is decreased too. Its operation principle is also described.
